Payment Policies

Payment must be received in full five (5) days before your scheduled class. If for any reason, someone is unable to attend a class they’ve paid for, they will be able to participate in the next scheduled class. 

Many payment methods are available, but for the time being, it is simplest only to accept a few. The easiest way to make a payment is here using Spotify. Payments can be made through personal check or cash, and popular app options: Cash App, Zelle, Apply Pay, and Google Pay

Primordial Sound Meditation Scheduling

Scheduling the Primordial Sound Meditation (PSM) sessions over 4 consecutive weeks is generally preferable. However, you can schedule sessions over 3 days. We offer stand-alone sessions, too! 

Here is how PSM can be taught in as few as three days or even spread out over four weeks.

Sample Format: Scheduling PSM sessions in 3 Days

  • Day 1: Sessions 1 and 2. Meditate together or meditate on your own. (1.5 hours)
  • Day 2: Session 3. Meditate together or meditate on your own. (1 hour)
  • Day 3: Session 4. Meditate together or meditate on your own. (1 hour)

Sample Format: Scheduling PSM sessions in 4 Weeks.

  • Week 1: Session 1. Meditate together. (1 hour)
  • Week 2: Session 2. Meditate together or meditate on your own. (1/2 hour)
  • Week 3: Session 3. Meditate together or meditate on your own. (1 hour)
  • Week 4: Session 4. Meditate together or meditate on your own. (1 hour)

For those seeking a concentrated immersion, the three-day format offers a deep dive into the practice, allowing clients to absorb the teachings in a shorter span. It’s like an intensive retreat that can kick-start a meditation routine effectively.

On the other hand, the extended four-week schedule provides space for gradual absorption and integration. This approach allows our clients to digest each session at their own pace, fostering a more gradual but potentially more sustainable adoption of the meditation practice.

Scheduling

Ayurveda Health Scheduling

Our flexible teaching format allows us to teach one class once a week for five consecutive weeks or over five consecutive days.

Sessions may be taught in person or online (depending on your location). Here is how the five sessions can be scheduled in three days.

Sample format: Teaching the Ayurveda Health sessions in 3 days 

  • Day 1: An introduction to Ayurveda, Meditation, and Pranayama.

We will begin the session with an Introduction to Ayurveda. Include basic meditation and pranayama instruction. We will end the session with a meditation.

Suggested: 4.5 hours.

  • Day 2: Ayurvedic Nutrition and Emotional Freedom.

You will learn the importance of healthy digestion, eating for balance, the concept of emotional toxicity, and practices for emotional clearing. We will end with a guided meditation.

Suggested 4 hours.

  • Day 3: Inner Pharmacy and Ayurvedic Daily Routines.

You will learn sensory practices to balance the doshas, and optimal daily, and seasonal routines. We will end with a guided meditation.

Suggested 4.5 hours.
